Correcting my Glider mistake …

Yup, I made a mistake and a sweet reader (Ms Bonnie) brought it to my attention.

I had Dad’s deceased year wrong.

Really?!

The first thing that I did? Sand the #3 off. (Of 2013)

Do you know how depressing it is, to have do this, when you think you have finished?!

I had to re-stain to match the existing stain,

and, I needed to hunt down where I put the stencil I made with the date, so I can reuse the #2.

Side Note :  It wasn’t as sticky as it was the first time.

It looks a bit messy actually …

but I can deal with that since I know I will have to redo it at a future date.

Sometimes, you just need to know when to walk away and call it done!

Sorry, Dad.

Good thing he loves me!
